Organizing Committee can book a room for you (see Registration) at :

Olivarius Apart'hotels  (34 boulevard du port - 95000 CERGY) - 10 mn by walking from station "Cergy-Préfecture".

Type of room and rate: Deluxe studio (30 sqm) or 2 rooms apartment (40 sqm) - Negociate rate above 105€ per night (breakfast and taxes included) - Bus shuttle everyday (hotel/conference location).

Attendees are responsible for settling their bills for accommodation and any extras they may order, directly with the hotel (check-out).

IMPORTANT: the participant is free to choose any other hotel for accommodation during the conference. However, the level of comfort and performance will be lower:
- the participant will have to make the connection to the Olivarius Apart'hotels for his registration and / or his participation in the welcome cocktail on May 21, 2019.
- the participant will not benefit from the bus shuttle service between any other chosen accommodation and the conference venue (he can nevertheless go to the Olivarius hotel to take advantage of the shuttle bus or walk to the conference venue).
