Terms and conditions

The registration fee for the 2019 FINEX Conference is 250€ (ENFSI Member) or 300€ (ENFSI Associate Member) per delegate and includes: 

• Welcome reception in Olivarius Apart'hotel on 21st May evening
• Bus Shuttle (morning/evening) between Olivarius Apart'hotels and PJGN Headquarters 
• Attendance at all sessions of the conference 
• A copy of the abstracts book 
• Refreshments throughout the conference 
• Lunch on the days of the conference 
• City Tour in Paris on 23^rd May evening 
• Conference dinner in Paris (Cercle National des Armées - Paris 8) 
• Seine cruise after Conference dinner 
• Certificate of attendance 

Accompanying persons wishing to attend the social event will be charged 105€ (see Registration). This will not cover attendance at the conference sessions, or lunches and refreshments.

Conference fee does not include travel, individual transportation expenses or accommodation.

The delegates are responsible for arranging their individual travel and hotel booking if different that the one proposed* by the organisers.

The organisers shall accept no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage to the delegates property or injury or death.

The organisers shall not be liable for any failure to perform, or any delay in performing, its obligations if the failure or delay is due directly or indirectly to any cause beyond the reasonable control of the organiser.

The organisers reserve the right to make alterations to the content, timing of the programme and speakers.

*The participant is free to choose any other hotel for accommodation during the conference. However, the level of comfort and performance will be lower:
- the participant will have to make the connection to the Olivarius Apart'hotels for his registration and / or his participation in the welcome cocktail on 21st May 2019.
- the participant will not benefit from the bus shuttle service between any other chosen accommodation and the conference venue.

Unfortunately, no refund can be made for a cancellation made after 26 April 2019, however a replacement may be appointed in writing (by email) to the organizing committee (see Contact).
